A community, not a catalogue

Great style isa group activity.

Wearism is a social platform first. The wardrobe tools are what make the feed honest, since every look you see was assembled from clothes someone already owns, so it's advice you can actually act on.

Style circles

Private groups for your actual friends. Post a fit before you leave and get an honest read in minutes, not a comment section full of strangers.

Style twins

We match people on wardrobe overlap, not follower count. If someone owns what you own, their outfits are ideas you can genuinely copy tonight.

Challenges

Monochrome Monday, no-buy September, one-bag week. Campus-level competitions that make wearing your own clothes the interesting move.

The problem

Fashion isn't shortof clothes.

It's short of intelligence. People own more than any generation before them and feel less able to dress well than ever. Four numbers explain why.

(WD)

Your closet is mostly decoration.

01
Only 20% in regular rotation
The same dozen pieces on repeat

You paid for all of it. Four out of five garments sit untouched. You own a full wardrobe and wear a fifth of it.

80%

of your wardrobe never gets worn

The rest of it ends up in the ground.

03
A truckload landfilled every second
More carbon than aviation

Most of it still wearable. Binned not because it wore out, but because nobody remembered owning it.

92 million tons

of clothing thrown away every year

Nothing works with what you already have.

Catalogues without intelligence
Stylists that never see your closet

Everyone is selling you more. Not one platform is solving the eighty percent already hanging in your room.

None of this is a shopping problem. It's a visibility problem and it's the one we build for.

Your wardrobe, working

One closet.Every outfit in it.

Wearism reads what you own, then keeps finding combinations inside it — matched to the weather, the occasion and the way you actually dress. No new purchases involved.

Auto-tagged

Post one photo. The AI separates every garment and tags category, colour, season and formality on its own.

Cost per wear

Every item carries its real price the jacket that cost $120 and has been worn twice has nowhere to hide.

Gap analysis

It tells you what's genuinely missing from your closet, which is almost never what's on sale.

Swap, don't buy

The cheapest newthing you can wear.

Borrow a jacket for one night or trade it for good. Wearism matches people on size and taste inside circles they already trust, tracks both sides of the exchange, and shows the impact it avoided.

A great wardrobe and no budget.

FAQ

Real answers.Not AI ones.

No — that's the barrier that kills every other wardrobe app. Post a normal outfit photo and the AI separates each garment out of it. You can also bulk-upload a batch, or connect Instagram and let it read your existing posts to build the wardrobe backwards.

The core loop is free: digitising your wardrobe, daily outfit suggestions, and the community. Premium is $1.79 a month for unlimited AI recommendations, occasion and weather styling, wardrobe analytics, the planner and private circles.

You browse wardrobes inside your circle, propose a trade, and both sides confirm. Shipping is self-arranged for now with mandatory tracking numbers shared in-app, photo confirmation on receipt, and a trust score on every account. Swaps can be temporary loans or permanent.

No. Brands never see your photos, your identity or your raw wardrobe. They see aggregated, anonymised gap data — that a few thousand closets in a region are missing lightweight tailoring, for instance. Matching happens on our side. Image uploads are opt-in and encrypted.

Age estimation classifies to about 85% accuracy on range, and clothing classification covers 50+ categories trained on DeepFashion. It isn't perfect — you can correct any tag by hand, and low-confidence predictions get flagged rather than presented as fact.

Yes. Plenty of people will only ever want the digital closet and the daily stylist. Circles, feeds and swapping are all opt-in, and the app is useful on day one with an audience of exactly one.

A demand dashboard of live wardrobe gaps, promoted placements inside outfit recommendations rather than beside them, return-risk scoring before you spend, and conversion analytics. Onboarding is a one-time $179 fee and we take 5% on attributed sales.
